Mental Health Awareness on Campus This October
Have you heard about “A Semester of Self-Care, A Year of Wellness”? This program targets six wellness dimensions (Interpersonal, Emotional, Financial, Academic, Physical, Spiritual) with events, lectures, and workshops that tie into each topic. By attending these events and checking in with the RCTC App, you can earn prizes at the end of each semester!

Odd Socks Day is about encouraging people to be a little quirky and be a little different to help overcome the stigma of mental health issues among friends, family and colleagues because anyone can have an odd day.
