RCTC Charting the Future Gallery Walk drew many

The Charting the Future Gallery Walk at RCTC was held on Friday, Nov. 14, to make stakeholders aware of the MnSCU initiative and give them the opportunity to offer feedback.

The walk featured many posters from the different implementation teams outlining the work they’ve done. Participants had the opportunity to give feedback by filling out survey cards and placing stickers on the posters.

One team member from each of the four implementation teams was present to answer questions, and Student Success had two members present.

One hundred and one people participated in the walk, and 92 survey cards were collected. Fifty-two staff filled out survey cards, seven faculty, 17 students, and 16 community members.

Carrie Schneider, the Director of Institutional Research and Planning from Dakota County Technical College, said it was the “most ‘prepared-ahead-of-time’ gallery walk that I’ve helped with.”

A second round of Gallery Walks are slated for the spring.
