The Yellowjacket Women’s Soccer team fell to Anoka 1-4 in Sunday’s afternoon game for the week ending September 29th. The Yellowjackets got knocked out of the top 10 of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) this week, they are now ranked eleventh.

The Yellowjackets had 11 shots on goal, with on successful goal scored by Courtney Hlavka (Ramsey,MN), assisted by Reigan Struck-Johnson (Blaine, MN).

In net was Kathryn Brainerd (Corcoran, MN). Anoka had 11 shots on goal against her, she saved 7 shots and allowed 4 goals.

The Yellowjackets’ next game is Wednesday, October 2nd at Dakota County Technical College at 5pm. They play home Saturday, October 5th at 7pm against Bismarck State College.
