November 26 is the last day to withdraw from Fall Semester 2014 full-term classes. Students unsure if they should withdraw from a course are encouraged to consult an academic advisor or counselor.

You can withdraw on the eServices site ( ) until 11pm or withdraw in person at the RCTC Admissions and Registration counter until 5pm. Students with “holds” on their record must withdraw in person.

The published withdrawal deadlines for short-term courses that start late or end early in the semester are available on the RCTC web site at:

PLEASE NOTE: Withdrawals do not impact a student’s GPA, but they impact a student’s completion rate and may impact your ability to maintain satisfactory academic progress.

RCTC Volleyball won the NJCAA Region 13A Volleyball Tournament over big rival Ridgewater in dominating fashion 3 games – 0 on Saturday to earn a trip to the NJCAA National Division III Tournament this coming weekend held right here at the UCR Regional Sports Center!  Students get in free by showing their ID. RCTC Volleyball will play at 11:00am on Friday, November 14 vs Davidson College.  For more information about the tournament, check out the Rochester Amateur Sports Commission website at Also, Head Coach Amber Zitzow was named NJCAA Region 13A Coach of the Year!!! Come on out and cheer on the team.

RCTC Football dominated their rival also beating Central Lakes College 40 – 21 in the MCAC/Region XIII Football Championship game on Sunday.  More information on the bowl game will come soon.  Congratulations to Head Coach Bill Quistorff who was named NJCAA Region 13 Coach of the Year!!!

You can now receive your 2014 1098-T and W-2 tax forms electronically, rather than receiving a paper copy by U.S. mail.

Some of the benefits include:

  • Quicker access to year-end tax forms
  • Reduce printing and mailing costs
  • Environmentally friendly

Visit your eServices site at before the end of the semester and indicate that you’d like to receive your forms electronically. If you have any questions, please contact the Financial Aid Office at 507.280.2953 or the Cashier’s Office at 507.285.7311.
